Esoteric Healing

http://www.esoterichealing.com/index.html

"Healing does not come through intense affirmation of divinity, or by simply pouring out love and the expression of a vague mysticism. It comes through mastering an exact science of contact, impression, of invocation plus an understanding of the subtle apparatus of the etheric vehicle."

The energy field surrounds and permeates all living beings. It is the scaffolding for our physical body. Within the energy field of each person are seven major centers. Each of these centers energizes or vitalizes its related nerve center, endocrine gland, and internal organ system: the circulatory system. It is within this energy field that the cause of disease appears to be located. Through training, a practitioner can learn to work with areas that are weak or congested within the energy field, and by use of various balancing techniques, can bring the patient's energy field to a more flowing, healthy, harmonious state.

This type of healing work is called Esoteric Healing. 'Esoteric' means 'hidden' or 'further within'. There is an aspect-that is an aspect not obvious until you study it in greater depth. The existence of the energy field and its use in healing has been known for thousands of years, especially in Egypt, India, and China. It is only recently, however, that modern western science has realized its significance. It has been called by various names: Vital body, bioplasmic body, bioenergy field, "L" (life) field and etheric body.

The International Network of Esoteric Healing (INEH) is a group of people dedicated to the practice and study of Esoteric Healing.

The work is largely based on the teachings of Djwhal Khul as presented in the book Esoteric Healing by Alice Bailey which describes the seven ray techniques of healing, the psychological and karmic causes of disease, the laws and rules of healing and the process of death and restitution.

Through meditation, Esoteric Healing uses triangles of etheric energy relating the chakras and the endocrine system in order to release the unimpeded flow of the life principle and soul energy which can lead to wholeness and healing.

Aims:

  • To facilitate Esoteric Healing
  • To help anchor spiritual science in human consciousness
  • To assist the Plan of the Spiritual Hierarchy for humanity
  • To encourage group work on inner and outer levels
  • To recognise the need for ongoing self-healing and growth
  • To link up and work with practitioners in the various medical healing arts and sciences, acknowledging the value of diversity
  • To share the understanding of esoteric anatomy and the esoteric causes and prevention of disease
  • To provide seminars and practical training in the principles of Esoteric Healing in the subtle energy field and its integration into everyday life
  • To develop our international network of healers, teachers and servers to support each other and further the above aims

The INEH is a Registered Charity (No.1032492) with the stated objective: "To preserve and protect good health and relieve sickness by advancing the knowledge, practice and expertise of Esoteric Healing through education, teacher training and other lawfully charitable means".

General Healing
A general definition of healing is any positive action, word, or thought directed by one person with the intention of helping another. A caring touch, a kind word, attentive listening or a smile are all healing. In medical care prescribing drugs, performing surgery or giving advice to benefit the patient, is therapeutic and is healing.

Spiritual Healing
Spiritual healers work with this positive intention in a deliberate way. They will focus their attention to the highest source of Peace and Love in the universe that they can imagine. This is called attunement to the universal source and is similar to meditation. It is a state of heightened awareness: being totally present and at the same time having an attitude of detachment.

Definition and Description of Spiritual Healing

Lest there be confusion in terminology, let me share my personal definition of spiritual healing:

Spiritual healing is a systematic, purposeful intervention by one or more persons aiming to help another living being (person, animal, plant or other living system) by means of focused intention, hand contact, or passes to improve their condition. Spiritual healing is brought about without the use of conventional energetic, mechanical, or chemical interventions.
Some healers attribute spiritual healing to God, Christ, other "higher powers," spirits, universal or cosmic forces or energies; biological healing energies or forces residing in the healer; psychokinesis (mind over matter); or self-healing powers or energies latent in the healee. Psychological interventions are inevitably part of healing, but spiritual healing adds many dimensions to interpersonal factors.
