| IVY SEA COLLABORATORS Ivy Sea Collaborators, whatever our particular disciplines and areas of expertise, share a commitment to the values of conscious enterprise, inspired transformation, visionary leadership, creative problem-solving, integrity, honesty and excellence. Ivy Sea collaborators feel a deep connection between our individual spiritual or philosophical values and the work we do in the world (and how we connect with others to do that work). We believe that individuals have an impact on a group or organization, and organizations have an impact on their community and world, and that impact should be conscious, ethical, meaningful, humane, and life-affirming. When we look at the current reality of business and livelihood, we wholeheartedly believe that greater things are possible.
